OPASTCO
(Organization for the Advancement and Promotion of Small
Telecommunications Companies) is a national
trade association with more than four decades of
commitment to rural telecommunications' success. OPASTCO
represents more than 600 independently owned local
exchange carriers (LECs) and their affiliate
telecommunications companies. They advocate rural telecom
policy before Congress and the FCC for LEC members with
fewer than 100,000 access lines. Their representation
includes LEC members' affiliates operating in
telecommunications markets such as long distance,
Internet, broadband networks, cable television, IP video
and wireless. OPASTCO provides educational programs,
conventions and publications that create forums for
sharing rural telecom knowledge. In addition, they support
rural education and community development through its
non-profit foundation, the Foundation for Rural Education
and Development (FRED). |

NTCA
(National Telecommunications Cooperative Association) is
the premiere non-profit association representing more
than 580 small and rural telephone cooperatives and
commercial companies. NTCA is dedicated to improving the
quality of life in rural communities through advanced
telecommunications by education, advocacy and
cooperation. |

leadership as the region's most effective technology
organization, the
South Florida Technology Alliance (SFTA)
promotes the growth, success and awareness of the vibrant
South Florida technology community. Through events,
networking, programs and education, the SFTA provides
South Florida's technology-related companies, academic
institutions, entrepreneurs, governments and related
organizations with an active forum to grow the business of
technology in the region. |

2.0) is a non-profit mutual benefit corporation
dedicated to driving technology innovation in
commercial, civil, and defense communications worldwide.
Members bring a broad base of experience in Software
Defined Radio (SDR), Cognitive Radio (CR) and Dynamic
Spectrum Access (DSA) technologies in diverse markets
and at all levels of the wireless value chain to address
emerging wireless communications requirements.
