Dennis Cook, VP General Counsel

Dennis Cook has practiced Technology, Intellectual Property, Contract and Licensing Law for over 25 years. He first worked on technology projects as a USAF officer in the Judge Advocate General’s Department, then for Harris Corporation as Counsel for the Aerospace Division, as their European Counsel, and as their IP Counsel for the Government Sector. For the last 8 years he has been in private practice helping small and start up businesses protect and maximize the profitability of their Intellectual Property. Mr. Cook has lectured extensively as an adjunct and visiting professor at numerous universities around the country.
