Jeff is a financial professional with diversified experience in accounting, financial analysis, cash flow management, budgeting, tax, and human resources. Prior to joining  xG Technology, Inc., he held positions as an auditor (PriceWaterhouseCoopers, LLP in Silicon Valley), finance manager (Interstate Equities, a real estate investment firm), CFO (Alliant Partners, real estate development & investment), co-founder and senior project manager (ModernWorks LLC, real estate development and investment), tax accountant (Goar, Endriss, & Walker, public accounting firm), and CFO (Sarasota Ballet of Florida).

Jeff is licensed as a CPA, and holds Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Master of Accounting degrees from the University of Florida.

His responsibilities at xG Technology, Inc., include overseeing the accounting and human resources departments, treasury management, insurance, financial planning and analysis, tax and budgeting, scheduling of production and purchasing, and financing.
