The Nulinx-IP is a point-to-point bi-directional microwave link that brings the high reliability and scalability of carrier-grade microwave to broadcasters. The Nulinx-IP supports data rates as high as 600 Mbps in a 30 MHz Part 101 channel using a single set of antennas, and as high as 1200 Mbps using MIMO technology. It operates with as little as 75 MHz transmit/receive frequency spacing and can use traditional Part 74 (BAS) and Part 101 (Fixed Microwave Service) microwave channels. Available as an all-indoor or split system on any licensed or unlicensed band from 5.8 through 42 GHz, IMT’s Nulinx-IP has the flexibility and expandability to grow with the user’s needs.

WFX–Worship Facilities Conference and Expo 2016
IMT will be showcasing the microLite family of products, including the RF Central 58microLite HD System, to the house of worship market at the WFX Expo 2016 (Booth 945). Read the press release announcing IMT’s appearance here.
The 58microLite HD Mini Kit is ideal for any house of worship application that requires wireless transmission, providing the ability to capture images not only within the church walls, but also throughout the entire facility. For those facilities that provide broadcasts or online streaming capabilities, the microLite allows a facility to provide its viewers with a greater sense that they are present. In addition, the microLite is also extremely easy to use, which is important since many camera operators are volunteers, not industry professionals.
WFXis the nation’s largest conference focused on the house of worship market. The two and half day event provides the ministry teams (including worship, tech, facilities and administration) from churches of all sizes and traditions hands-on education and training in new tools and technologies.

SET Expo 2016 (Broadcast and New Media Technology Trade Show and Conference)

IMT exhibited at the SET Expo 2016 (Broadcast and New Media Technology Trade Show and Conference) that was held in São Paulo, Brazil, where they showcased their complete range of wireless and portable products at the Videodata booth (84).
IMT displayed its range of portable applications including its microLite – Aerial Transmitter, DR3 IP Diversity Receiver, CRx6, and CIRAS-x6. John Payne IV, president of IMT, presented on recent FAA drone rule changes and the impact the new set of rules will have on the use of drones on sports and broadcast productions at the show. His presentation highlighted small UAS, key rule changes and examples of drone applications in water sports, golf and motocross live event broadcasts.
SET Expo is Latin America’s largest event in the broadcasting and new media sectors. Its mission is to present and discuss technical innovations, regulations and new products in the audiovisual market, covering the entire production chain, from creation through to distribution. The event hosts the major manufacturers on the global market; executives and technical personnel, specialists as well as researchers from government bodies, plus the press, technology, entertainment and broadcast sectors.
Videodata is a leading Brazilian systems integrator and equipment supplier for the TV broadcast, pay TV, telecommunications, Internet and government markets.

IMT exhibited at the TAB (Texas Association of Broadcasters) 2016 Annual Convention and Trade Show.
At the show, IMT showcased the 58microLite HD Mini Kit. Ideal for ENG truck applications, the 58microLite HD Mini Kit is a highly portable professional-grade MPEG-4 COFDM HD wireless camera transmission link capable of providing high-quality video at distances over two miles, line-of-sight (LOS). Developed for the next generation of HD capable compact cameras, the 58microLite system is available in either licensed or unlicensed bands. The microLite provides customers with the highest quality video without breakup or pixelation.
At the heart of the 58microLite HD Mini Kit is the microLite HD Transmitter. Its size, weight and performance makes it ideal for UAV, sports, live newsgathering, reality-based programs, EFP/OB, point-of-view and any type of live event coverage. The new 58microLite is available à la carte or in preconfigured application specific kits. The kits are designed to give the operator the ability to set up quickly and to cover a wide area with long-range wireless transmission.
The TAB2016 event is the largest state broadcast association convention in the nation, and features 1,100+ registrants, attending one and a half days of management, engineering and sales programs, and the trade show.

NATIA 31st Annual Training Conference and Technology Exhibition
IMT exhibited at the 2016 NATIA (National Technical Investigators’ Association) Annual National Training Conference and Technology Exhibition. The event offers NATIA members over 40 hours of specialized training in technical electronic surveillance techniques, procedures, equipment and issues and advanced training workshops that are not available anywhere else. The technology exhibition showcases over 190 manufacturers and distributors of state-of-the-art surveillance and investigative support products. NATIA is composed of over 4,000 law enforcement, intelligence officers, and support staff, who provide the technical operations, surveillance activities, and scientific support for hundreds of federal, state, and local agencies across the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom.

IMT exhibited at the ALEA (Airborne Law Enforcement Association) Expo 2016 being held in Savannah, GA July 18-23, 2016. ALEA 2016 is the leading public safety aviation law enforcement event that includes education, training and product showcases for public safety pilots, tactical flight officers, administrators, technicians and other airborne law enforcement decision-makers. 2016 Florida Governor’s Hurricane Conference (GHC)
xG Technology exhibited at the upcoming 2016 Florida Governor’s Hurricane Conference taking place May 8-13, 2016 in Orlando, FL. xG will be in booth #613.
xG representatives discussed how the always-available, always-connected and always-secure xMax broadband solution delivers rapidly deployable communications services for use during emergencies, disaster recovery and targeted event management. They will also be discussing the Airborne Video System (AVS) that was developed by xG business unit IMT. AVS is a state-of-the-art, aerial-based video transmission solution that adds an additional layer of safety and security to law enforcement, emergency communications, and critical infrastructure operations.
The Governor’s Hurricane Conference the largest forum in the United States to offer both basic and advanced sessions for developing capabilities to effectively prepare for, respond to, and recover from, tropical cyclones. The theme of this year’s event, which will include more than 47 training sessions and 45 workshops, is the need to “Reboot Readiness.” The show attracts emergency management professionals from around the state, country and the world to attend the training, state of the art workshops, exhibits and partner networking events.

xG Technology was an exhibitor and presenter at the 2016 Florida Emergency Preparedness Association (FEPA) Annual Meeting and Trade Show. xG Technology is a corporate member of FEPA, which is the premier organization in Florida dedicated to enhancing emergency management planning and preparedness activities at the local and state level.
The primary mission of FEPA is to provide an information and support network between county emergency management directors and their partners at the municipal, county, state, tribal and federal government level. FEPA works with the Florida Division of Emergency Management (DEM) and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) as partners to prepare for, respond to, recover from, and mitigate natural and technological disasters throughout the state.
